Today Rahul Gandhi has said something about Modi, which is totally shocking.

Greetings to all of you standing here today, despite the rain, brothers and sisters. I truly appreciate you traveling so far. How are you feeling today, please? Everywhere I travel in India, I come meet young kids from Bihar in every district and area.

I have a question for you. Delhi was built in part by you. You constructed the highways in places like Mumbai and Pune. In Gujarat, you put up a lot of effort and sweat. Your efforts have led to the development of Dubai as well. Why couldn't Bihar undergo the same change if you can aid in the development of other states and nations?

I recently got to know some young Bihari males. In a long talk, they told me something heartbreaking—that there’s no future for them here. No jobs, no chances, no hope. And today's stark reality is that.

Nitish Kumar, who describes himself as a representative of the underclass, has been in charge of the administration for the last 20 years. But throughout the years, what has his government accomplished in the areas of jobs, healthcare, and education? Tell me, what actual advancements have you witnessed?

Do you want Bihar to remain unemployed while a select few entrepreneurs, like Adani, receive free land? No! We want Bihar to be a place where people can find good jobs, good hospitals, and good schools. Instead of forcing Biharis to relocate, we want Bihar to be a place where people from other states want to come and work.

For this reason, the Grand Alliance—which consists of the Congress party, Tejashwi Yadav, and Saini Ji—is uniting to restore and guide Bihar. We have seen your vitality, talent, and intelligence while traveling around Bihar and meeting innumerable individuals in towns and villages. You are the best. Bihar must advance, and it deserves to do so.

Let's be clear: the BJP has the remote control, even though Nitish Kumar's face is on the posters. They hold the actual authority. Social justice is unimportant to them. In Parliament, I instructed the Prime Minister to carry out the caste census.

However, he said nothing. Social balance is lacking everywhere you look, whether it's in bureaucracy, health care, or education. True social justice is opposed by the BJP.

Bihar students put forth a lot of effort and pay thousands for tuition, yet on test day, papers are leaked. It's embarrassing. Any Indian who knows anything about Bihar's educational system will tell you about its broken systems and corruption.

Because they are unable to receive medical care in their own state, Bihar sufferers even sleep beneath flyovers in Delhi. We wish to make that modification. Our goal is to produce goods in Bihar rather than China. These days, "Made in China" appears on every phone. How about "Made in Bihar" instead? Why can Bihar not have manufacturers that employ its young people and make cameras, clothes, and cell phones that are proudly marked "Made in Bihar"?
